I was thrilled with my stay at the hotel! The location was perfect, tucked away on a quiet side street but just minutes from the bustling center of Palma. Although the room we had was a bit overpriced and had some noise from the corridors, the service was outstanding and the staff couldn't have been kinder and more helpful. The dining experience was fantastic, with a great variety of options and excellent service. The facilities, like the rooftop terrace with a plunge pool, were an added bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable.

Our room, which was upgraded as a surprise for my partner's birthday, was a bit small and dark, but it was clean and comfortable overall. The layout with a large bed and a fold-out couch felt a bit cramped, and having the sink in an open area was a bit unusual.

The staff were incredibly kind and always greeted us with a warm smile. Sonia, in particular, went out of her way to provide us with excellent recommendations. It's an ideal spot for exploring the old town and is just a short walk away from the vibrant center of Palma. I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, well-finished, and tastefully furnished, with a great shower. The high windows added a unique touch, although they were a bit too high to see out of clearly. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The location was very central in the heart of the Old Town, close to shops and restaurants, making it convenient for exploring. I can't say enough good things about this hotel! From the beautiful suite I stayed in to the impeccable service, it was a stay to remember. The historic center location near a charming square with cafes made it even more special.
